Jurnal Pendidikan Tata Boga dan Teknologi is published by the Department of Family Welfare, Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality, Padang State University (UNP), and was first published on April 30, 2020. The articles are written in Indonesian, published three times each year, and work together with the Indonesian Culinary Educator Study Program Forum (FPS-PTBI). The Journal of Culinary Education and Technology encourages systematic studies and research in the culinary field as well as education in the culinary field. This journal operates through peer review and promotes double-blind reviews. Acceptance or rejection of articles will be decided by the editorial board based on the results of the review given by the reviewers. There was no communication between the author and the editor regarding the decision to fight. Authors whose papers are rejected will be notified of the reason for the rejection. It is an open-access journal, which means that all content is freely available at no cost to its users or institutions. Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full text of articles, or use them for other lawful purposes, without seeking prior permission from the publisher or author. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.
